hi! I’m Audriana,

a trauma informed physiotherapist and yoga teacher. 

I have seen and experienced how pain and trauma can make us feel disconnected or unsafe in our own bodies. My own experience with migraines and trauma has taught me this, and the countless experiences that my clients have shared with me. My mission is to help people around the world move, live and heal from a place of safety within their own bodies. To know that living with pain, both physical and mental, does not mean you have to be defined by it. 

As a physiotherapist and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience I have seen that traditional approaches to chronic pain can often overlook the role of emotional health and the nervous system in healing. 

Through my education and helping thousands of people living with chronic pain, I have found that learning about how the pain system works, finding safety in the body, and taking a mind/body approach allows people to see their pain in a different light, helping them heal. All my services and resources bring together science and compassion, the body and the mind to help you feel empowered. This is the foundation of empowered movement.
